Anime wepons, wands, and staves

I was wondering if anyone can make the following or know where I can download them from.

Sailor Pluto's time staff
Rini's wands or twinkle bell.
Sailor moon's wands
transformation pens for the scouts.
Sage medals from the ocarina of time.
goddess pearls from windwaker series.
Neptune's mirror.

I have tried to make these myself and I got fustrated trying to figure it out. If anyone can help please let me know.
