why don't make the site a metal bluish like? If we can't, can we make at least background with papercrafts pics? i have a program that lets you make what you want and then the lines will be replaced with pics?

I like bling to some forums but too much can just get in the way. Up to paperjon on what to do:) Too much isn't always good.

we just need some shadowed 3d, site and forum will be great!

i will see what i can do my main concern is keeping the site user friendly and for everyone that look will not appeal to some of our visitors.
